AI credits and purchases

Open Buy AI Credits in Field Pro to see your verified balance and available packs. AI is optional; manual tools remain available without AI credits. Purchases currently require a supported App Store storefront priced in US dollars. Apple shows the price before you approve each purchase. There is no subscription or automatic top-up.

Credits marked “in use” are reserved for a request and are not an additional purchase. The balance updates when the service settles the request. If a request cannot be reconciled, its reservation may stay held for review; contact support rather than repeatedly submitting it.

For a purchase refund, visit Apple’s refund service. Field Pro receives Apple’s refund notifications to protect the credit account and prevent further spending of refunded funds.

Voice and your projects

Choose Start talking to begin a conversation with Daisy and End voice to stop. You can also type. The visualizer keeps its prompt, reference pictures, and finished concept until you clear the draft. On iPhone, expand a finished concept for landscape inspection and tap to reveal Back to Visualizer.

Privacy and account deletion

In version 2.4 or later, open Settings → Privacy & Account to review or revoke AI sharing and initiate account deletion. Manual projects stored on the device remain unless you remove them separately. Read the privacy policy for data sharing and retention details.
